  • You are invited to the Grand Visitation of Bethels 1 and 52 tomorrow at Sharon Lodge. (Don't forget the MCHQWA Ball and sleepover too!)
  • The Bike Run fundraiser will be October 3. The goal is to raise $25,000 for HIKE this year! We still need donations.
• Miss Job's Daughter Pageant: Forms for Candidates, Alternates, Chaperones are all available, including the bio sheets and medical forms.
• Forms: There is a new alternate regular meeting minutes form available if your Bethel's recorder or secretary would like to try it.

A note from Dad Paul Zentmyer:

I NEED RECIPES! Didn't mean to shout. But... I've started a cookbook for our organization and want to have it completed and delivered before Annual Meeting in September. I also need you to start taking orders for the cookbook. The book will sell for $12.50 and for every cookbook a bethel sells it will get to keep $.70 per book. If you are associated with a bethel right now please check with the BG & or ABG to see if it's been put out yet. I asked each of them to get ahold of the girls and not to wait for their next meeting. The deadline date for recipes is August 4th. That's a week and a half away. Plenty of time to get the recipes in to me. If your bethel has not yet been informed please pass this info on to the girls. I know already that there are some bethels who have not told the girls yet. The girls can contact me directly with their recipes at dadpaulz(at)comcast.net.

  • This Saturday: Ritual Competition (1pm), Richmond Braves game (7pm). Please turn your Bethel's headcount into Mom Sharon Sampsell no later than Wednesday (tomorrow) for the Braves game, and turn your money into her at the Ritual Competition. All details can be found on the Calendar page.
  • Bethel 42 is having a Picnic Dinner fundraiser on 5/10 from 4-7pm.
